Thank you for choosing The University Connection for your Mission IIT 2025 coaching and mentorship program. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy below, which complies with Razorpay’s payment gateway guidelines.
1. Cancellation of Enrollment
- You may cancel your enrollment in the Mission IIT 2025 program at any time before the program begins.
- To cancel your enrollment, please contact our support team at theuniversityconnection.in@gmail.com or use the cancellation option available on the Website.
- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation via email.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
Full Refund: If you request cancellation within 3 days of registering for the Mission IIT 2025 program and before the program has started, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
No Refund After 3 Days or After Program Start: After the 3-day cancellation period or once the program has commenced, no refunds will be provided. This includes cases where you choose to discontinue participation in the program after it has started.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order ID, reason for refund, and relevant account details to help us process your request efficiently.
- Refund Processing: Once we verify your request, we will initiate the refund process through Razorpay, the third-party payment gateway used for transactions. Please note that Razorpay may take a few business days to process the refund.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. If the payment was made using a Razorpay payment gateway, the refund will be credited to your Razorpay wallet or the original card/bank account based on the method of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the program has already started and the cancellation request is made after the 3-day window.
- If the services have already been availed, including access to any coaching sessions, study materials, or mentorship provided.
6. Processing Time
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after your cancellation request has been approved.
- The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the payment gateway (Razorpay) and your bank’s processing times.
7. Changes to the Policy
