Depression nowdays has become a very common and usual term. with increasing technology, networking,connectivity and comfort, depression and mental instability has also been aggravating more and more. And, the most alarming is the fact that most the depression sufferers don't even know what they are going through and what the circumstance of that phase will be, and this tends to the aggravation of their mental instability and discomfort leading them towards danger and black world.


        Depression is nothing but a state of mind where a person finds himself fail in one aspect of life or the other, moreover he also becomes pessimistic and the most unpleasant is the fact that the person looks only for loneliness then after, he tends to cut himself off from the Society, friends , family. And unable to trace his well wishers.

        So, in order to keep our close ones away of this mental stress, We must look for a healthy environment always, if a person appears to be alone and sad we must provide him a good company, demotivating leads to serious mental stress which causes a tremendous effect of the person's brain so demotivating must be avoided on a noticeable ground.

CAUSES OF DEPRESSION - 

       Depression, mental instability or anxiety these all are relatable term, which is caused due to numerous factors. 
       The major cause of depression is any sudden incident which is unpleasant and has attacked the person's mind upto a devastating level, that incident may Include 
       1) A failure of very much expected victory, 
       2) The loss of  near and dear ones,
       3)  Loosing relationships, 
        and moreover,
       4) The demotivating stuffs in the society.

       In most of the cases, people suffering from depression are generally those who are unable to express their thoughts or feelings. In addition, people who are monotonous kind are also a very much expected victim of depression.

The WHO estimates that more than 300 million people worldwide suffer from depression.


SYMPTOMS OF DEPRESSION OR MENTAL INSTABILITY -


  •         1) Fear of failure, Feeling failedin one phase of life or the other.
  •         2) Pessimistic nature (Lack of confidence).
  •         3) Loving lonliness.
  •         4) Unwilling to share your feelings to even your close ones.
  •         5) Unwilling to get accompanied.
  •         6) Feeling entangled.
  •         7) Unwilling to communicate.
  •         8) Anger.
  •         9) Lack of concentration or conciousness.

Depression is most common in ages 18 to 25.

Above mentioned are the certain causes and symptoms of depression, to make people aware of the term depression or mental instability, so being an active member of your family of friend circle we all must take care of our near and dear ones to ensure none of our close ones get trapped in this mental disorder. 
       It may seem a small problem in the beginning but tends to bring disastrous change with the passage of time.
